After uncovering the timeline of Beth's final hours the night she was murdered, Gwen was able to form a list of suspects. Armed with the knowledge of where and when Beth died, Gwen can begin examining what her suspects were up to that night.

Now Gwen has a lead, but it will require her to risk her own safety to break into the Navigators Club.

Computer Password

• The Navigators sure do like Latin. What's the translation of the password prompt Gwen gave you?
• If you're having trouble, be sure to translate the prompt exactly (copy and paste works).
• "In time of trouble" seems like an incomplete phrase. Is there a phrase in any documents that could be paired with this one?
• Jody mentions Edgar Mallory in one of the articles Gwen gave you in this episode.
• The Navigators really like Edgar Mallory. Can you find a quote attributed to Edgar Mallory in a previous document?
• If the password prompt is in Latin, the password probably is too.

Entering the Navigators Club

• Be sure to check the instructions.
• Gwen will need a key. Is there a key in the doodles?
• The instructions say a spare key is hidden outside. One of the articles Gwen sent featured some significant outdoor spots on the island.
• Is there a significant outdoor spot that connects with the doodles and is located near the building?

Instructions

• The symbols found on the handwritten instructions look familiar. Can you find where else those symbols appear in this or previous episodes?
• It looks like the symbols in the instructions are associated with letters. There are 13 symbols. How many letters are in the alphabet?
• How many blank spots are associated with each symbol in the doodles? How many blank spots total?
• On the doodles, try assigning the first blank spot a letter for each symbol. Then, circle back around and do it for the second blank spot for each symbol.
• Each symbol has 2 letters assigned. The Aries symbol is assigned the letters A and N.

• Sometimes companies and organizations will celebrate their founding with letterheads or office supplies.
• How can a date be expressed in 6 digits?

Computer Password

• The password prompt in Latin translates to: "In time of trouble".
• In the bridge tragedy article, Jody mentions that in difficult times she tries to remember Edgar Mallory's favorite saying in times of trouble: "Through hardship to the stars."
• "Through hardship to the stars," translated to Latin, reads: "ad astra per aspera". This can be found in the Mallory Rock notebook in Episode 1.
• "Ad astra per aspera" is the passphrase to access the computer. Send a message to Gwen with the subject line CAMERA ACCESS and type "Ad astra per aspera" in the body of the message.

Entering the Navigators Club

• Notice the drawing of the zodiac wheel on the doodles is shaped like the sun. The hands of the clock at the center of the sun are shaped like keys.
• The instructions mention a spare key will be hidden near the Navigators Club building. The town council newsletter mentions a sundial in Sailors Memorial Park.
• The spare key is located in the sundial at Sailors Memorial Park. Send a message to Gwen with the subject line KEY LOCATION and type "sundial" in the body of the message.

Instructions

• Decode the message by using the zodiac wheel drawn on the yellow paper sketch of Edgar Mallory's discovery of Mallory Rock and The Lantern Magazine from Episode 1.
• Each zodiac sign should be assigned two letters of the alphabet, beginning with Aries at the top of the wheel on the doodles. Assign the letter A to the first space under Aries at the top of the wheel. Then, continue to fill each first space for each subsequent zodiac sign, moving clockwise. When you arrive back at Aries, fill its second space with the letter N. Repeat the process until all spaces are filled.

• When properly decoded, the full message will read:
