- Each set of coordinates corresponds to an LFoA facility in the United States, except for the last set of coordinates.
- The coordinates for Facility #09009 pinpoint a location off the coast of Alaska. Alaska was mentioned in the letter from Penny in the first episode.
Note from Patient 7166
- When the magazine cut-outs are used to fill in the blanks on the note, the message spells out "They watch us sleeping but for why we never hear TV on news mute".
- When the magazine cut-outs are rearranged on their own, without the note, the message can be read as "WATCH FOR NUMBERS". This is a hint for another puzzle in this episode.
