Frannie's Letter
- Frannie wrote some kind of cipher at the bottom of her letter this time.
-
The reason she says to "hang on to this" is because we cannot solve this message yet.
- Dun dun dun!
- Why would she give us a coded message we can't solve until a future episode?
Harold Campaign Money Statements

Timestamps are written backward.
- The first number set is the day of the week.
- The second number set is the hour (in military time)
- The third number set is the minute.
- The fourth number set is the second.
- The fifth number set is the millisecond.

Jesus Christ on the wire transfer Judith made to the Police Benevolent Association for upgrading their security!
Judith's Emails
- These emails are a hoot.
- According to what Judith found out, all transfers over $2,000 must be done in person.
Pill Case
- Reggie found this on Ashley's desk at home next to her "to investigate" pile.
- Inside the "Wednesday" compartment is a tiny note.
- Ashley was in contact with someone.
- There are several letter substitutions throughout this message (very poorly done if trying to be secretive).
- The objective is to figure out the correct letters in the "misspelled" words to create a message.
-
Once decoded, the message reads:
- BRINGING PROOF
-
Could this "secret alliance" be the killer and they lured Ashley to her death with this promise of "proof"?
Recording Transcripts
- These recordings were picked up from Val, the "spy machine" in the campaign office breakroom.
- It kind of seems someone is attempting to write a "rap" song?
Reggie's Letter
- Reggie continues to lament over her sister's death.
- She also sheds some light on a few items we've been sent: a few bank statements and the pill bottle.
Stress Squeeze
- This is a stress ball in the shape of a leaf.
- It is from Valvidian (in light of the "green" movement?).

Ashley was murdered between 7:45 PM (1945) and 8:15 PM (2015)
- The closest transaction around this time was a redacted wire transfer for $2,500 at 1949 (7:49 PM)
- It can be assumed that Sebastian made this transfer, as it has been redacted.
- As noted in Judith's emails, all transactions over $2,000 must be made in person.
-
As noted in Frannie's letter, there are notes written and then redacted all over this statement.
- The added notes can be read still due to indentations of the writing instrument.
-
The notes added by Sebastian are:
- family
- special treatment
- BO from V donation charity
- campaign event
Unfinished Article
- Ashley was really focused on that car crash...
